Imani Bridges serves as a backbone organization for the collaborative and manages the efforts of the partnership for collective impact In Nigeria this initial project is led by Missions Aid International (MAI), a faith-based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) operated by Charismatic Renewal Ministries (CRM). From its inception in 1996, MAI has operated in 56 communities in 24 states in Nigeria and 20 communities in seven other African nations, providing a variety of medical, community development and economic development initiatives on behalf of the poor and vulnerable.
Imani Bridges have assembled partners consisting of churches businesses, and NGOs in the US and Nigeria, who have agreed to work in partnership on the Badagry Transformational Engagement Center.
